The sales ladies in Dior are beyond rude. Snobby and up your a&& the entire time. Telling her friend she couldn’t go to lunch because I was there. Another male associate was waiting for me to move out of the way when I was trying on a hat and was clearly impatient and told me I was in his way. I felt rushed, I felt guilty for being there like I didn’t belong. They completely RUINED my experience and I was prepared to purchase a bag. Just ridiculous

Always horrible customer service. Never greeted or helped. While many sales associates walk by without acknowledging a customer is insane to me. There are losing out on commissions while I will take my business to E-Com or to another business. These sales associates clearly don’t care about there stores #’s

I am giving them 1 start for me being able to write this review. When entered the store employees were eating on the sale floor talking between them, none of them greet me or ask me if I need help. I went to the store to do and exchange which rather than help me they just gave me a gift card for the value of my shoes when I explicitly let the sale associate know that I do want any other pair of shoes on my size. It is incredible how this employees are damaging profit at this location.

DO NOT SHOP WITH JESENIA FROM SAKS.
I walked in as a Brickell employee to inquiry about parking passes. Which have been given to be on several occasions, while working in this mall for over a YEAR. Before I could even fully ask the question to the associate, JESENIA rolls her eye and very rudely sticks her neck out and says "I just said we did not have any for you, why would I lie to you" And rudely stares me down after asking the question. I also recently went back and tried my luck again, thinking maybe she just had a bad day. To my surprise, once again she answers very rudely, and after I asked for her name to write this review, I literally witnessed this old lady, walk to her circle of second floor shoe department employees, and began gossiping and pointing at me with her fellow associates. When I called her out for her very obvious venting convo, she notices me acknowledge their conversation and changed it to spanish. I a bilingual.... so I very clearly heard her say some very disrespectful and borderline racist comments to her coworkers. I will NEVER recommend any of my clients or fellow associates to shop with JESENIA from Saks 5th. As old as she appears to be, I am surprised jobs hire, such mediocre and miserable sale associate. I have never experienced such blatant disrespect and behavior from a SENIOR sales associate. I pray nobody else has to experience this kind of interaction with this lady. Honestly.

This company when it comes to refunds is borderline fraudulent. The costumer service is pure trash full of useless employees. It’s been over 2 weeks of nonsense back and forth to get a refund and I still haven’t received help. They tell me a different thing everyday or a new time period to wait. This company sucks and the sheep’s who buy there also suck and are feeding the worst retail shopping of all time.
