They wouldn’t accept my return of a jacket that cost almost $400 even with the tag and receipt. Why would I continue to spend my money here when there’s a Zara on the same floor with better service and pieces for my closet?

All the employees here are pretty awful but not Gariel in women’s! She’s awesome and always willing to help me in any department. She helped me multiple times now when other people have blown me off - highly recommend working with her. I will keep coming back as long as she is there

Shipped product arrived defective. Return received by the company in 5 days and then "investigate" the issue for 3 months to make a refund. Then they refused to make a refund and just sent the defective product back to me. In store manager said there is nothing they can do either because they cannot take accountability for a product sold via online from the .com site. "It's a different company" he said... Now after calling a supervisor he asked me to send the product back to them a 2nd time to "further investigate"...
TLDR: awful costumer service and bad product. AVOID🚩

Placed an order through them a week ago and it has still not shipped after saying it would ship 3 days . Nothing has moved on my order and when you call the store you get nothing but nasty attitudes! The manager on duty told me I just have to wait my turn and they can’t give me any updates . This is a $1000 dollar order and I can’t get updates ? I do not live in Miami so this is the biggest inconvenience & waste of time and money . They have no sense of empathy or urgency . I wish I ordered from Dadeland . Worse customer service ever!

Among sellers instead of help each other they fight and left client in the middle of without attendance , how is that posible in an store like this ! They caring more about what they sell instead of the Quality service they can provide without know that the service will provide you more sales 💰💰

Online pickup here is a mysterious puzzle. The email for your order will tell you to go “near women’s shoes”, but there is no counter or signage there. I eventually went to a fitting room and asked there. The staff took a photo of my confirmation code on my phone and told me a manager would be by with my order.
At least the chair I waited in was comfy, but my order didn’t arrive within 15 minutes and thus I left.
Online pickup is a burden at this store, not a convenience.

On Friday at approximately 2:15 PM, November 8 of 2024, I purchased two fragrances from two exclusive designers at Saks. I chose to shop at Saks because of their reputation for offering exquisite and fine products, and I was not disappointed by the selection or the service provided by my sales representatives, Elizabeth and Paola.
Elizabeth and Paola went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. They were incredibly patient, polite, and attentive, carefully listening to my fragrance preferences and taking their time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Their professionalism and dedication made my experience truly enjoyable.
However, I must share my disappointment with an interaction I witnessed involving another sales representative, Vanessa (as noted on her name tag). During the finalization of my purchase, my sales representative needed assistance from George, the manager. While trying to get George’s attention, Vanessa responded to my sales representative in a rude and unprofessional manner, which occurred directly in front of me. This behavior was off-putting and left a negative impression.
I even considered walking out and leaving my purchase behind because of the unpleasant interaction. However, I ultimately decided to proceed out of fairness to Elizabeth and Paola, who had worked so diligently to assist me, and because I truly wanted the fragrances I selected.
While I greatly appreciate the excellent service from Elizabeth and Paola, I hope Saks addresses such behavior from other staff to maintain the high standards associated with their brand.
