I can’t speak highly enough about Alondra and her team at the Doral rental facility!! They went above and beyond to assist with a last minute emergency rental for a reefer truck on a holiday weekend. Extremely attentive and helpful and would recommend them to anyone needing a rental. Will definitely be using them in the future, just hopefully under less chaotic conditions.

David is THE MAN! I called him today to rent 3 trucks for the moth of Feb and everyone else (Penske, Uhaul, Enterprise, Idealease) had nothing available. Within the hour he called me back and told me to come pick up 1 of the 3 trucks.Thank you David!

Amazing staff and crew at this location. Came in this morning thinking I would be shut down for two days and they worked on getting me repaired and back on the road by the afternoon. Super nice techs and crew here! Thank you for everything and the expediant service, with a small business like mine, time is money and your crew save me a whole lot of both today!

Charles is the best Ryder representative! He always solves all my problems! This location in doral has amazing customer service! The trucks are clean and if they are not clean he gets them clean for us! I would recommend this Ryder branch!
