I had a nail in my tire and stopped by Russo Tires Dotal for a quick repair. The staff was friendly, professional, and got me in and out in no time. They explained the issue clearly and fixed it efficiently—no upselling, just honest work. Prices were fair, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. My car’s been running smoothly since. Highly recommend if you need fast, reliable tire service!

I visited this store for a tire repair (nail). After-that, i discovered and noticed a serious issue: my wheel lock on the front tire was severely damaged and completely seized. This damage occurred during the tire repair they performed for 65$!!!!!
I had to take my car to manufacture service, where they also struggled with the lock. The only solution was to damage the rim to remove the locking bolt. This store’s negligence and lack of professionalism resulted in:
• A $240 charge from service to remove the wheel lock
• Damage to my rim during the removal process
• Lost time and a workday
• A wasted $65 I paid here for a poor-quality repair.
To make matters worse, the onsite manager failed to offer any assistance or even understand the issue.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place. Their lack of accountability and substandard service are unacceptable.

Went and they told me to patch a tire, because they had to make sure the rim didn’t get scratched, would be fifty dollars. Turned around and left. Never been charged more than 20 before.

It has very high prices, I had to complain to the receptionists that the technician was talking on the phone and servicing my car at the same time, but the worst thing is the woman who is at the cash register collecting the bill, she has no idea what That is customer service, poorly educated. I thank you for the staff who assisted me today. But because of that woman's bad treatment, I won't come back again...one person can destroy the efforts of everyone else.
