Really impressive property management firm that uses seamless online communications to get things done well. I’ve seen them do BIG projects (parking lot repairs, air conditioning in large buildings) and also smaller ones (fixing lights and cabinets), and they’re just great at making sure things get done. The team is also really nice - the property managers are good people. Highly recommend!

They put up listings, you call them as soon as the listing went up and they tell you they are gathering peoples information to give them a call the following week to show the apartment. Then you call for an update and they tell you the place has been approved to someone else. Horrible and unorganized system. They don’t even allow anyone the chance to apply. Lack of consideration and respect to those looking for a place. Hence the current rental market.
