I have been shopping at the Ross on Kendall Dr. and 147ave for years and I will think three times before coming here again. The employees need to be re-educated on being polite and how to address their customers. Two female employees scanning all the tags in the children's section right next to each other, blocking half the row with their carts. When I asked to pass by to get to the size for my sons clothes, they both said "NO, we need to finish our job scanning the inventory ". Number one, why would you be doing inventory at 10 am when there are people shopping and number two, they could have simply moved a little for me to get in between. So then I went to the opposite row to reach the clothes across as I needed an outfit for tomorrow and within two minutes they both moved their carts to the row that I was now in. Seriously. Just rude. Worst customer service ever. I went and told the manager but doubt that anyone will do anything. I rarely write reviews but this is just unacceptable. If you want people to shop at your stores, you should educate your employees about etiquette and that customers come first.

I am very dissatisfied and upset with the treatment of an employee with the clients, she was very rude, making fun of the clients yesterday afternoon, Wednesday, 10/7/24, there is a girl who works with a black jacket that says loss control, she was forcing all the customers to make another line at the door before leaving the store, even the customers who had only bought items without any security device. I myself bought a water bottle and he made me stand in a line of 6 minutes for pleasure. my shopping receipt in my hand, there were other customers who were also upset, they even left their purchases lying around because of how annoying this type of unnecessary control is and the time wasted in that line and how most annoying and disrespectful that employee was. I I think they should fire her because she does not know how to deal with customers and leaves her establishment with a very bad reputation. I demand, as a customer of that store for many years that I have bought there, that disciplinary action be taken against that employee for treating her badly and rudely and answering her. to customers in a sarcastic and mocking way, I think that attitude leaves a lot to say about the quality of employees at that place, thank you very much

Between the cracking in music that is playing in the store ( and it has been cracking for years) and the constant beeping of the security tags, I don't know how anyone can spend more than 2 minutes in the store! It is truly unbearable!

Why was I asked for ID when returning items the other day? I've been shopping in Ross for years (more than 10 years), and I have NEVER been asked for ID when returning anything especially when I have the damn receipt.
I feel like the lady was trying to play me like I might have stolen the items because I am a black woman! I've been living in this area for almost 10 years and was never asked for ID at this location. It's annoying ?
