This is the worst Ross to go to. Every worker here is extremely rude and lack customer service skills. There should be an intense training for the PM shift. Only nice person here was the loss prevention. I wish I could fill out a survey but I didn’t get as far to purchase something from here. I left almost immediately after this worker gave me attitude for wanting to purchase Jewlery and make an exchange. Told me I had to get in this huge line for 1 item in the nastiest way possible even though she just helped someone that wasn’t in line at all with Jewlery. Rude attitude to all the customers in line and unfair.

I like this Ross in Westchester because the square is very comfortable. It's next to Aldi, and across from Walmart, but it's not always well organized and it's usually always busy.

First off, the associates are restocking and blocking multiple areas throughout the day. It seems that these are measures that should be taken prior to the store opening. Second, the pajama sets are stuck together with the sensor. When I brought this up to the fitting room attendant, she says well it makes sense that if the top 50 the bottom fits you as well. The inflexibility to help guests is seriously disturbing. I had two pajama sets in my hands that I really liked and will have likely bought but just wanted to try it on first. As someone who works in customer service, she should have had the manager come to the fitting room to remove the sensor momentarily while I try it on. Obviously, this is a person who does not care.
