I went to the mall 2 hours ago in search of some shorts for my child, I went to Ross since I couldn't find what I was looking for in the others, I was satisfied since I found everything I was looking for but on my way out I forgot my keys in a cart, I went back to look for them and there was a boy and a woman in a suit with blue glasses, a dark navy blue suit. This woman asked me in a very bad way what car I was driving. I answered, Mercedes Benz, and then she told me to give her details of the key. To such an insult, having just come out of there, I didn't even remember the details and she started making faces and gesticulating. In short, if you can get good merchandise, but if the seller or the worker is not of quality, that will make you dissatisfied, be very careful with her. I don't think that with that aptitude I can sell much and I hope that you read this message and that you contact me with a supervisor since at that moment they never wanted to look for it, in short, hypocrisy and racism!!!

I know the store closes at 9. But that's to prevent someone new to ente the store. If I'm already inside the store buying they have no right to tell me to go pay to get out because the store is closed. Yes I know it's closed but that's for new people to go in. Please trading better your personal.
