Today, Sunday, January 28, 2024, in the morning hours I was at Ross and when it came to paying I found a very long line and only two of 10 cash registers open. No matter how much I approach them with my concerns, the answer is that they are short of staff. Other employees who were organizing the store and security saw the situation and none of them did anything. They should review the schedules and take action since this is not the first time this has happened.
