Bad customer service. Cashier Marthlin didn't even look me I'm the eyes. I wanted to show her a defect on a product and couldn't. I felt like she was avoiding looking at the clients. She got my products avoiding looking at them and at me, rang them without any care, put on a bag, and said “Tarjeta?” looking down (I don't know what that means). She said nothing else, and eventually I noticed that she just wanted me to pay for it. I swapped my card, and she got the plastic bag and handed it to me without looking and yelled “Next!” (again, not even looking at the line. There was no client after me.

After the invention of Outlets to dispose of clothes, sneakers, luggage and trinkets, Ross came to try, with low prices, to sell what was left.
All Ross stores have adequate parking and welcome customers with a smile on their faces.

Lots of clutter in the hallways, clothes and products on the floor. The prices are not far from more expensive stores. The cheaper the clothes, the poorer the quality.
