Horrible store. They kick you out 30 minutes before even closing. Going after you like a child, the manager sending people to tell you in spanish without even knowing if you speak the language and tell you in a very rude way they are closing. Horrible customer service. Do not recommend going there. This has never happened to me before. I got really never si couldnmt even concentrate in those last 30 minutes.

I went shopping there with my wife and our baby and one of the cashiers with the name Luz was very unprofessional, I kindly asked her if we could take the shopping cart outside to put the stuff in the car and then I will bring it back because we bought a lot of stuff and was hard for us to carry it. She was very rude and very disrespectful. To me and my wife. She and the store should be ashamed of her customer service skills. Horrible horrible!!

Most of the staff here are rude and unhelpful. The fitting room is a hit or miss. The other night they were rushing customers at 8:00 pm when their closing time is after 10 pm, just because they needed to do inventory. They should post a sign since customers are not mind readers. With that said, sometimes you can find gems and that is why we return here. We keep coming back due to its location and convenience.

I arrived at 9:40pm, and was told that they will be closing in the next 25 minutes. I grabbed items and quickly headed to the fitting room where the staff member was yelling at customers exiting. Both my sister and I received very disrespectful treatment from the fitting room staff member. She allowed my sister to enter, but told me she was closed and that I could not enter. A second staff member approached the fitting room to ask how many customers she had. The fitting room staff said that my sister entered without permission saying it was "because she felt like it." The second staff member then entered the fitting room and knocked on the door to tell her she needed to get out and go to checkout because "she wasn't told to enter." My sister exited and we proceeded to checkout. The store manager at the register told my sister to pay before even scanning the items, and got upset when she insisted on waiting to see the total. I explained our whole experience to the manager asking her to either close earlier or allow us to actually shop, as this is the 3rd time I have this awful experience at this location. She rudely dismissed my concerns and offered no solutions. I will NEVER return here. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Last night I arrived 9 minutes before closing. I knew what I was getting so, I knew it would be quick. As I was walking up, I noticed they were turning people away. They said "the store was closed." I walked in and replied the "sign outside said you close at 10 pm." They were upset and gave me an attitude. I understand they wanted to go home but I also worked retail so I know that is not procedure.

Excellent stores always well stock ,also always carried a large inventory of men's big and tall sizes,all season items,and the staff are very professional and friendly.The bathroom are cleaner and keep the store organized through the day.
