I had an exceptional experience at the Rolex Design District in Miami thanks to Estefania. She is a very good salesperson who is incredibly nice and always eager to help with anything she can. The service for my Rolex watches was truly exceptional, and I couldn't be more satisfied. The process of buying a new watch was made easy and fantastic thanks to Estefania's expertise and professionalism. I recently had my watch serviced here, and although it took longer than expected, over a year and a month, I must compliment the outstanding service provided by Mischa and Estefania.Throughout the entire process, Mischa and Estefania demonstrated exceptional courtesy and patience. They kept me updated regularly and were always willing to address any concerns I had along the way.When I finally received the watch back, I can confidently say that it was worth the wait! I had an outstanding experience at the Rolex Boutique in Miami Design District. Omar assisted me with a watch sizing via appointment. Everything was very smooth and efficient; absolutely no wait time. Omar also took the time to give me more information on the watch I brought in for him to size. He was very helpful and professional. Ask for Omar!

My daughter and I stopped into the store last week and were welcomed warmly by Alejandro. He proceeded to chat with us about different sizes, styles, etc. I recommend this store as one of the best I have ever been in and will visit again. One of the best experiences I’ve had at boutique so far. None other locations in Miami have even come close.I passed by because I was in the area and I’ve heard good things about this location. I’ve been interested in the Submariner for a couple years now but I’ve barely even been able to see it in the display cases at other locations and had never even been able to try on.I was helped by Veronica who made my experience completely exceptional. She took the time to talk to me and answer all my questions. She showed me and let me try on a Submariner date and no date that were on display. (Unfortunately they weren’t available for purchase).She also showed me a couple other pieces that were on display that I had seen before and was curious about but didn’t think I’d like. (I actually really ended up liking how they looked)Unfortunately, in the end, the pieces I was interested in were not available. At least I was able to chat with Veronica who was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful; I was able to try on a few pieces; and I wasn’t immediately dismissed for not yet having a spend history. This made it a thoroughly enjoyable and refreshing experience.
