This store is actually 'one of a kind' . The staff is gracious and talented. Barbara was very helpful and assisted with the purchases of the most beautiful finishing touches for my high rise apartment . I highly recommend this business .

Roberta Schilling offers one of the most innovative designs out there. We have a number of pieces not only in our showroom in Boca Raton but also in our own home and cannot rave enough about the quality. To top it all Roberta and her staff are fabulous to deal with.

The furniture is absolutely beautiful. The quality of each and every piece we ever bought is amazing.
The customer service is 100% TOP NOTCH ! They are (a lot of the times) early for our deliveries!!!! And we purchase a lot with them, happily!
Everyone is a sweetheart to work with.

This is the place for furniture shopping. The best staff and best service you can expect from a five star furniture store and design service. They have the fast delivery time. Definitely recommend for anyone who needs a friendly service and great product.

Roberta Schilling has beautiful furniture, but their customer service is terrible. I have several dealings with them and they promise a delivery date that they do not live up to (by a difference of months, not days or weeks). They will not get back to you, nor answer their phones when I have called to check on my order. They promised me a delivery date of March 1, when I ordered in December and now I can't get past the receptionist and can't get anyone to return my calls and it is the middle of April. I still do not have my product and nobody at the company will give me any information or call me back.

Roberta Schilling has beautiful furniture, but their customer service is terrible. While the RS Collection has unique and beautiful pieces, they are NOT worth the headache. My firm purchased a few pieces back at the end of January and we still have not received them. We have kindly reminded them of their 90 day lead time they quote and their response is "well, it's roughly 90 days" -- really? We are hitting 180+ days, folks. Every time we call we get the run around about where our pieces are etc. Most recently we received an email that they have arrived and will be shipping to our clients. We just spoke to the shipping company and they were not on the order that was picked up. They are still sitting in RS Collection warehouse. We now have a client who is very upset because he feels he has been mislead and we can't give appropriate answers. RS you should really consider getting your lead times and customer service straight. You are harming our client relationships and it makes us look like we don't have our act together, when really it's you. We will never source from RS Collection again.
