I've used Roadway on 3 different occasions. Each time, they have been very professional and courteous. They have used the appropriate truck for my cars (flatbed for AWD vehicles) and loaded and secured them with care!

They towed the car without putting the parking brake down and cooked the pads and the shoe. Carlos was the driver and then refused to admit his error even with the obvious smell coming from the pads being forced.
