Just called me his place to pick my car up and running ake it to the shop and James was here and towing my ride in under an hour! Excellent service, great price, and James was very friendly and helpful. If I ever need another tow, these guys are my go-to now.

They couldn't find my car. My car insurance company said to leave it on the side of the road because it is dangerous and there was bad weather coming. They probably got an inaccurate location from my insurance company, but didn't bother to follow up and call me. I called the next day, they said they had it. I called again after it didn't show at the repair shop and again they said they had it and needed another request from the insurance company to drop it at the repair shop. When it didn't show at the repair shop I called again and they said they DID NOT have it. This was 2 days later. I am 3 hours away so I couldn't physically see if the car was there or not. We found another company and after a brief phone call....where were able to direct them to the exact location my car was finally towed to a repair shop.Service: Car towing

Akerman provides first class service. He arrived when he said he would (20 minutes) and picked me up off the side a of a highly trafficked expressway. His prices are very reasonable and he's a great, nice guy. Can't go wrong with Akerman!

this is outrageous i call this company to ask for their towing service, they are located less than 2 miles of my location, and i need my car to be towed only 2 blocks away, the person answering told me as he was making a big favor to me they will charge me $65 for the service. They are totally out of their minds. Unless you like to be overcharged avoid this company it is not worthy not even to call them.
