Went back and forth with their Customer Representative for a couple of weeks. Provided everything for a Custom cardboard request. Was provided multiple wrong quotes and then when i was ready to make a deposit for my order the price jumped 10 times the provided price due to the wrong quote given weeks ago. Extremely disappointed and had anoverall sloppy interaction with this company.

4/27/2021 I placed an order for 50 Boxes and this is the reply I get on my email (not to mention they make you call them to get a shipping quote) “Thank you for your order. I’m very sorry, due to the pandemic we have closed our warehouse to the public until further notice. You can buy these items from your local UPS store” by Pamela . Are these people high on something? 4/27/2021 and these people still not allowing costumer pick up? Move back to California. This place needs to shut down forcing costumers to pay for shipping when they’re around the corner is beyond disrespectful. Shame because you guys were getting good reviews....

THIS review is for all truckers! Great place to deliver too! Guys at the dock have great attitude , and super quick offloading! Not sure if they are quick to load you but to be quite honest I’m sure they are quick as well! My driver was in and out!!! Thank you RiverSide dock team for making it easy on these drivers! ????????
