Ricky’s is our go to meat market since discovering it. From churrasco and chorizo for the grill, to the best smoked pork chops, to jamón serrano and cheeses, or tail and bone for soups. They also have spices and seasonings. Everything is much better priced than going to any supermarket.
Also, the people are great, especially Jose!

Called for a price item and they will not give it to us over the phone. I live far and I will not drive just for the price. This policy is ridiculous.

We called for availability of an item and the price. They advised us that they had the item but would not give us the price over the phone. Obviously we are not going to drive many miles to go over there. Ridiculous policy or lazy employee who answered the phone and didn't want to be bothered. Made us not want to go

The price seems good but when you get home, the meat islands defrost and you find that it was half fat. I bought matambre and sweetbread, half of which was fat.

Finally, Latin commerce, customer service, they don't know what that is. Do not call to ask about anything because if the answer will be no on the phone we do not give information, you have to come to the dealer I say not to the store. No matter how far away you live, they don't care.Of course, once you see there you will buy something. They are only interested in your money, don't encourage them to look for what they are looking for.
