I visited the store with a friend thinking i was going to buy the shoes I wanted but i got really disappointed with the service that I received, I did not feel inspired to buy the pair of shoes that I wanted thanks to the sales person that “took care of us” really disappointed. Even though I wanted to buy in store, due to the attitude I rather purchase online.

I've never had a bad experience inside a Rick Owens store, and the Wynwood location maintains the streak. Though they were unmasked, the staff kept some COVID protocols in place, limiting it to five shoppers total, which I appreciated for both the safety and the more personal service it afforded. Reggie walked me through the remaining spring items on sale and the new fall deliveries. After I told him what I was looking for, he pointed out what I was probably most interested in and helped me figure out which fabrics/sizes would work. On top of that, he even dug through backstock to show me additional pieces, and while I didn't take any of them, it was an extremely kind and attentive gesture. I left with a lovely Outershirt I had been coveting since I spotted the Dust Plaid colorway and finally added a Dylan Tee to my list of essentials. Don't tell my husband, but if we're ever back in Miami, I will probably do a lot more damage on my next visit, especially since their tax rate is so much lower than San Francisco's. And for other shoppers who have had a bad experience with communicating, EVERY single email from the Rick team is in all caps; it's just how they write, and I'm sure Rick would approve of the consistency.

Should be 5 stars but there were a couple things that could have made it a 5 star experience. First off, amazing store. Before you even go inside, the architecture of the building is incredible. On the door it’s stated that masks are obligatory. Even though Florida is so relaxed about masks now I expected that a lot of these high end stores would be requiring them. There was a guy that came in without one and was harassed about it. The men’s selection is small but well curated. But the selection of sizes was limited as they didn’t have anything in back stock. I tried on some white cargo pants that looked and felt great and a short sleeved top that was on sale. I purchased both. Stuff is very pricey but quality is top notch. Customer service was attentive and cordial. I’d return. (P.S. no returns are allowed and they only allow ten days from purchase for exchange or store credit)
