I see similar bad reviews with problems similar to mine i lived here for 5 years never had an issue from 2022 to 2023 i was promised a 3 bd unit by the end of my lease in 2023 with the hope of me staying and When i came to ask the manager Alex he told me in my face he was working on getting me one but no available which i found out to be untrue and 2 weeks after that i was told my stay with the community was ok and i should be receiving a renewal shortly and what i received was a no renewal letter. the place the maintnance people and the securities are all polite and amazing and is a very safe place to live since there is a lot of law enforcement people living there but the manager Alex is a deceiving individual and its a shame. When i was leaving i was told i needed to paint the apartment (certain spots) if not my deposit would be affected by almost half like if the apartment was in good condition when they gave it to me in the first place. Overall safe community but management its slowly decaying due to the Manager.

I came here to get information about their 1 bedroom apts. The security was so rude. She said to see the models is by appointment, however I got an email to drop by. So she said I'll call them. We only have an apt for Sept 15th. I said no. OK, here is the business card please reverse back and leave. How extremely rude. I will definitely not rent here.

I have lived here for 5 years and I love how well located the residence is. I love the amenities like the gym, tennis courts and pools. The team at the office are super kind and understanding. Ingrid is a very good worker and she helps out with anything we need. I would definitely recommend this residence.

Very bad management after 3 years as an ideal resident I received non renewal note for no reason.I have an exceptional credit score above 800 never had a problem they increased the rent by 600$ a month for no legitimate reason. We paid our rent before the end of the monthThe window is never opened and can not be fix as per maintenance guy .Please when you see the unit try to open the windowI spent 3 years until now without door locks as we keep requesting it but they cannot find the locks .Worst of all, the property manager, Alex was terrible he did not communicate effectively and when we ask to talk to the landlord he doesn't allow us to talk to him . We moved in with the old management which was very sweet and accommodating but this new management staff seems to be the center of all the trouble.I am not even sure if the landlord know about this new management. It is so sad to see this complex be corrupted by a terrible managing staff that do not know what they are doing

They have people walk around to force you into a 5 star. Be sure prior to move in to fully inspect EVERYTHING. When first moving in the countertop was damaged, I was told “we’d rather has someone move in verses waiting months for a countertop. Check all your outlets because some don’t work.. Don’t open your windows they’ll never close back and no one will ever come to fix it. The roaches are TERRIBLE, a company was supposed to come once a month but my 24 months there I can count on one hand.. Where the AC unit was PLEASE check!!! I never noticed the big hole on the side of the wall until the AC started leaking!! And they paint over the mold!! Every time I took a shower the walls would bubble which is an indication of mold. Don’t expect to receive your deposit back because normal wear on the walls resort in a $1100 wall repair/painting fee. The pool is almost NEVER open because of chemicals being off(maybe that’s just the sign they put up so they don’t have to deal with it). Don’t expect to have a night life, the parking is so bad, if you want to have a parking near your apartment you have to be home at least by 5 otherwise you’re on the other side of the complex. And the security at the gate, they let anyone in. Several times all they asked was are they inspecting you and they let the people right in. Several times I didn’t even know someone was coming until they came knocking on the door!!Update:They’ve since decided to keep our full deposit over $1100(crazy!!!) in wall damage and painting… No damage were done to their walls, a few spots of dirt on the wall. Over $300 for AC coil cleaning, aren’t these things the do prior to a new tenant moving in??? Crooks…If you move here prior to you leaving make sure you do everything maintenance is required to do prior to your exit.

Been here for a few years and I love it! We switched apartments and it was super smooth. They clean everything and maintenance is also always super quick!!!
