I've been sitting here for about 20 minutes waiting for 2 people ahead of me to get through the line. The have only one teller while four bankers sit in their empty offices. All because their ATM downstairs won't read any cash. Fun times.

Save yourself the headache, go to Capital One across the street.Regions Bank gets worse with each passing year. While I've worked with a few helpful individuals at this particular location (like May - very helpful and this location's saving grace) I've also worked with individuals who largely waste my time, and make everything more complicated than it has to be.I've had an account with Regions for the past 20 years yet today, after going in with an appointment to open a personal shared checking account with myself and my husband we were denied.We have excellent credit and steady income. There is no reason for this denial other than laziness.Last week I was told to show up in person to receive sensitive account information only to be told by the same person who I spoke to over the phone that he didn't know how to retrieve that account information anyway.Ironically this is also the same person who denied my checking account today.I took my money across the street to Capital One Cafe, they were happy to help, as they always are.This is on top outdated corporate policies like archaic minimum balance requirements, small mobile deposit limits and SO many annoying fees.Get with the times Regions. Capital One doesn't have half the issues you guys do. It's just not acceptable.

Great service. Never a line. No parking though. It's best to walk here if you can. The bank is located on the 2nd floor, just above Starbucks. Take the escalator up and you're there.

I have an account in regions bank and I had so many problems with them they constantly returned my payments and chargue fees , just because they wanted to with not explanation. I'm closing my account without a doubt. Worst bank and banking experience of my life

Me gusta este Banco...le doy sí³lo cuatro estrellas porque a sido para mi muy difícil hacer transaciones después de las tres y media debido a que trabajo y mi hora de salir es a las cuatro pm....sería bueno que entendieran el horario de atencií³n....y íºltimamente los cajeros están bloqueados y no se puede hacer ninguna transacion......lo demás es muy bueno....

I've been banking with this branch for over two years now. The staff has remained steady. They're very friendly and accommodating. I especially appreciate Eric and Julie (Yulie?). I'm really glad it worked out and now I use this branch for my business and personal accounts.
