I am starting the process of acquiring my first home, it is a long and complex process, a lender from this company (Adriana Gonzalez) was recommended to me and the experience was quite unsatisfactory, far from the fact that she did not care in the least about attending to my case , was zero helpful and quite mediocre in her management. They should worry as a company about trying to prepare their staff in the area of customer service.Good afternoon, regardless of whether I qualify or not this is about the trust that someone places into your staff. It is about establishing communication with clients, it is about the way in which actions are managed, it is also about establishing commercial relationship between your company and your clients. Beyond any “frustration” it is about the poor Customer Service and unprofessionalism she provided on our last phone call. If the conversation was recorded, then I invite you to listen to it. Working with Juan Diaz was a breeze. Him and his team were always there to answer my questions, making everything feel less daunting. Living in Virginia and having to deal with everything over the phone and from a distance, had me a little nervous, but thankfully, they were there at all times and just a phone/text away.
