Ivan is the best. Very patient and explains everything until you understand. Everyone else that we dealt with is also very helpful and courteous. Couldn’t be happier with the experience. I will put my neck out and refer these guys to anyone knowing that they will uphold their end.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Hector from Rapid Public Adjusters, and I cannot emphasize enough how valuable his assistance was. Hectors professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for our concerns made us realize he was the perfect adjuster to help us in a time where my wife and I didn't know what to do and where to start.We had 2 water damage claims which he handled quickly, efficiently, and completely took out the hassle of us having to go back and forth with our insurance company. The team over at Rapid is phenomenal! They really know their stuff and are very easy to communicate with. If you are looking for a good public adjuster for your claim, look no further! I was skeptical about hiring a Public adjuster for my property insurance claim but I called Rapid Public adjusters and spoke to Ivan who immediately set an appointment to come inspect my damages and explained the whole process from A-Z. Ivan, Hector and the entire team at The office were professional, helpful and guided me through the claim process the entire way. They called me, kept me informed all while also making sure the insurance company didn't drop the ball either ! I would highly recommend their services to anyone who needs them! My husband and I are so happy we found Rapid Public Adjusters! Hector was professional, knowledgable and efficient. He showed up at our house the following day and processed our claim on time. He was always there when we had a question or needed to clarify something. He also fought for us, and advised us to make the right choices in order for us to receive a better settlement. In the end, we received so much more that we initially thought we were going to receive. We were able to replace our entire roof. I am so glad we found Hector, glad that we trusted him and we followed his advice. Michael Dominguez was a pleasure to deal with, always communicative, professional and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to help us understand this process and expedite everything on our behalf. My hurricane Ian claim was handled by Eric Jiménez. Although the insurance company dragged its feet in settling the claim, Eric persisted and kept me informed. He is truly dedicated and fights for his clients…In addition, I referred several of my friends who were impacted by the hurricane and they all thank me for referring Eric to them.

Ivan at Rapid PA was awesome. I live far away from my rental property but felt very well represented by Ivan.I initially did the mistake of dealing directly with the insurance adjuster and got a total settlement of less $3k for mold remediation and build back. At first my condo association and the culprit above (who caused the leak) were not cooperative. I felt hopeless and helpless and losing sleep. Then enters Ivan from Rapid Public Adjuster and everything changes immediately. The same day he performed the inspection I already had the contract and on he went. To make a long story short I received 6X the claim settlement from the insurance, demand letters get dispatched to the association master policy and culprit for reimbursement. All of sudden everybody wants to talk to me about the claim - I simply referred them all to Ivan, hang up and go back to sleep.I did not hire a PA to make money I got a PA to give me peace of mind that someone is got your back.
