I will never use or recommend these poeple.I requested Erik change the Transmission and the Transfer case fluids. They changed the seal, however not the fluid.Erik told me transfer case was empty. Turns out had water mixed with oil.After Erik comment I took wrong oil, left me thinking, so I had transfer case serviced today, it was full of water, looked like milk chocolate, even though Erik did the seal change and said it was dry.The transmission I left you the Fluid, also not serviced.The Gear Oil, I left in the in the trunk was not used that's why you bought Lucas according to Erik.I paid for service without asking for discounts, and you provided , gears, brakes, rotor and 3 weeks and still did not finish the job as we discussed.I dont recommend or use you again.Update 3/7/24 I get offer of free service for the mistake made. Only to recieve this response that they did in fact flush the transfer and transmission.All you outthere perfect scammers here. I want nothing, no money no free service. Just careful you give your vehicles too.Zero Honesty at Rapid 3T, note they had the vehicle for 3 weeks.

I brought in my 3rd gen Tacoma for brake swap ( rotors/pads) and an issue I am having with bounce and vibrations at 1800rpms and usually felt very heavy at 40mph to 65. The mechanic assures me he will diagnose and do the work and the car will be good.We set up for drop off next day.Next day the front office girl calls me and says my lower control arms are shot and need replacement, She sends me an estimate on the high side I called back and expressed my concerns and asked her “ do you have the parts available and you’ll have it end of day?” she yes and I repeat “ are you sure?” she guaranteed yes.She calls me end of day and tells me car will be ready tomorrow morning, I said ok.( already realizing she had lied)next day I call at 12:45 pm and she tells me that the parts came in this morning and there was nothing they could of done. I remind her that she told me she had the parts and even asked her twice, she answered she’ll call me when ready.I go get the Truck end of day and Front desk guy( possibly Eric) I explained to him that I would gotten my parts myself if they would of told me they didn’t have em yesterday ( as they had. stated) and he gave me quite the attitude, I pay I proceed to my truck and neither the mechanic or him bothered to explain what they did and go over it at all.Noticed he didn’t put on my wheel locks I brought and asked him , he did go and put em on but not without telling me he believed they wouldn’t work. He also said to bring it back in a month for realignment if necessary.I drove away and I wasn’t 5 mins in and noticed the brake pedal was practically on the floor and the shaking and vibrations worse than before, so they guys didn’t even bother to test drive it and check their work, and my original issue is worse than before. Lets not even talk about the danger they have put me in. I wrote to them and they said to bring it by and see the issue I have NOW. as if this is a new issue. I can’t in good judgement return my investment ,my baby ,my truck to a shop that rushed my truck, lied to me twice, and gave me a serious attitude while taking my payment. I need a partial return from the $1400 you took for work not completed , I will have the bank involved next.It is clear their reviews aren’t legit but the written ones more likely not just plain stars.I wouldn’t trust this shop with anything to do vehicles. They dont even know to bleed brakes after a brake job, they put my safety at risk and rushed my vehicle out the door to scam the next guy. Even when doing review research make sure they have written reviews more than just star reviews.

I would probably avoid this place. I wish I would have went elsewhere to be honest. I checked out 4 different places for quotes and while this company wasn't the cheapest, they had great reviews, which I now might think are fake. I paid the invoice (Over $7,000) and got scheduled and then rescheduled, which is fine, they did my rims and tires which came out ok, but there is a ton of rubbing and the vehicle is very shaky. We also ordered emblems and decals for my truck (about $500 in additional parts.) Which were never put on. The gentleman said that we would have to do that at a later time. I paid the invoice in full and now have never heard from them. It's been 3 weeks since paying in full and I can't get a text back, phone goes to voicemail etc.. feel like the company might be going out of business. I would be very cautious about getting custom work done from them. At least I woundnt pay the bill in full until all the work was completed be aware but I would go elsewhere. This was an honest review. Feel free to hit me up.

Excellent customer service and anotherLevel Of professionalism,organization and cleanliness, I would trust this shop to perform any kind of work on my truck, very knowledgeable people that will guide you through the best option for your vehicle, most experienced techs, they have done a 6inch vertex lift on my toyota Tundra, creating an amazing ride better than stock, with a cbi off road bumper and a safari snorkel at the most reasonable price, 100% recommended.

Had my car here a couple times, and the times it’s been there it’s been nothing but good. Had my alignment, suspension tuning, tires changed, AC compressor replaced, and differential replaced. Definitely recommend Marco for your vehicle needs.

I recently installed new wheels and tires on my 2023 bronco. After a few days I was getting this weird kick after I would reach about 30mph. As you can tell, my description of what was happening wasn’t the best, but Marco listened to me and suggested maybe it could be that the wheels weren’t balanced and whatever place installed them didn’t do the best job possible.In just a few minutes I was shown that the tired needed some serious balancing as well as center rings on the wheels. Today I drove the car all day and it’s as good as the day I purchased.This was all done in under an hour and I could’ve be happier. Highly recommend this place!

Great service! Got a 7.5” lift kit installed, 16 piece rock light kit on my truck. Also had them instal a set of new 24x14 wheels. All done perfectly ?? would recommend.

My only complaint is at the end my car was giving to me already on so I assumed keys were inside because car can only be on with keys inside. Well when I arrived to my destination, I couldn't find my key and spent so much time looking for them with no luck.I called/txted/left voicemail on the gentleman's cell that I had been communicating with when I initially was trying to get that shop to work on my car. During that time communication was fine.Unfortunatelly when I really needed him, no answer and no reply.Had an appointment to go to so after looking everywhere in the car, I had to leave it in parking lot where anyone could have gotten in and drove off with it. This is an expensive HellCat type car which thieves love. So imagine...Hours later I ended up finding the keys outside of the car in between the hood and windshield area. Good thing it didn't rain and good thing it wasn't stolen.At the end it was kinda of a dissapointment that they provided great service until there was the possibility of an issue.The key issue was the onnly reason I didn't get them 5 stars bc everying else from price, speed, etc was good.I still recommend them

Place looks cool but first time i went i was told they were going to send me some pics and i never got them so i went a second time , by the time tgwy sent me the sample pics i had bought rims l, tires somewhere else. Need better customer service.

I highly recommend this shop to anybody not only for their professionalism but for their fair pricing on everything. They installed a vertex coilover kit from Rough Country with 37” Bfgoodrich, road force balanced all the tires & the techs were very knowledgeable doing the alignment. Now my truck drives super straight & comfortable better then stock.
