I have known the manager for more than 15 years, and some other employees, the service for me is excellent, I love the clothes and even if new people come to work and I don't know them, I treat them with respect and I have no complaints from that. excellent atention

I've known this store for 3 years and they have nice clothes but terrible service ? they bully you all the time as if you were going to steal, and they keep talking bad about the customers who have just left to intimidate you into not touching the clothes.

I visit that store every week, because of the good offers they have. But for approximately 15 days or more the store has not had air conditioning, which is large and everything is hermetically closed, it is inhumane with this heat to be locked up shopping and not only for those of us who go in there because I go in and I come out with the same thing. If not with the employees who are so kind and good at their work, I look at them and they don't stop in that store working, all full of sweat, I even offered to buy them water, they spend 8 hours locked up there, with two fans, one in the box and another at the entrance of the door that barely make any air...
How can such a large and powerful company (because there are several Rainbow stores) have its employees in such a deplorable situation with the great and strong heat they are experiencing?
It's a shame that you can't do Chopin with the excellent clothes and discounts there are. Please, whoever may be interested in this comment, do something but I repeat, it is inhumane and abusive to those who are there and we went in there.....

Terrible clothes and when you find something and want to try it on, it's not allowed. Buy clothes without being able to try them on??? I don't think so. I'm not going anymore.
