I was recommended to R&L by a friend because I needed to fix a Rolex I have that my grandfather left me. The gentleman that helped me took the watch in and I left it to get fixed. As I was in the jewelry store I noticed they had a lot of beautiful things in there so I started looking around. Another gentleman came up to me and started helping me with the jewelry. As he was quoting me prices, I realized that they were very reasonable so I bought a few things. I decided to buy a couple jewelry pieces and another Rolex that they had there. After me paying, I left the store. They called me back the following day telling me my watch was ready and that it was a simple fix. That's why it was ready so quick. I ended up taking two other watches to get fixed that belonged to my wife. One was just the battery but the other one they had to work on for a week. The mechanism inside was ruined but they were still able to fix it. They had replaced it with the same mechanism that the watch had originally. These are the things that I've gone through in the matter of times that I've been there. Writing all of this I want to let you know that I found Rafael Jewelry & watches to be an amazing place to either get my watch fixed, by a new watch, and the service was impeccable. Everybody whose in there knows what they're talking about. They all know what they're doing and they treat you so gracious. The prices, the people, the merchandise and their service is amazing. When you walk into the place it's not a big place for a jewelry store, not small either, but it is a super clean place. It's the type of place that makes you return because of all the things I mentioned and how you're treated there and their prices. I'd like in closing to say this. I am a very shrewd person; when people tell me something I usually find out if it's correct. With this I want to tell you that Rafael Luaces Jewelry & Watches is the place that will continue seeing me and will be my first choice whether I want to buy jewelry or watches.

My mom had an issue with her ring getting suck on her finger. Rafael helped her out right away. Very efficient, fast and with a great attitude. Would recommend him. Great location not on downtown. Plus there is free parking available.

I came from NYC to catch my cruise. I barely had any time but he was able to fix my chain within few minutes and get on my cruise on time. Great Service! Great Communication! Great Work! I would def come back! Thanks

I purchased a Rolex watch, I’m very happy with the purchased and the price. Also, fabulous service. If you’re looking for something special you need to stop there plus if he doesn’t have it he’ll let you know once he gets what you looking for. Many thanks ?
