This is the worst gas company in Miami. If you want to trust in a company to refill your gas tank, do not call this company. The customer service is awful, they don’t care about their customers. It was a mistake for me to hire them. I called on Friday to refill the tank and they set up the appointment for Saturday. I didn’t leave the house waiting for them, never came. When I called them, the lady didn’t find the order and let me without gas until Monday. I asked to speak with a manager and there was no manager available. I will cancel my contract with them as soon as possible. DO NOT TRUST IN THIS COMPANY.

Horrible customer service, and the woman that answers the phone is as rude as she is unintelligent. Since she can barely speak English she just resorts to arguing with you and hanging up on you. I would avoid dealing with her entirely if possible.

Unprofessional office employees. You sign a contract for a certain price for gas and it's price is not honored. You sign a contract for the assurance against price volatility, and when you order replacement the price is higher. When you call the unprofessional employee on the other end, the person gets upset as if you are begging for their business. Forget the money you pay upfront for the lease if their old decrepit equipment. If you take your business somewhere else, you lost it. Add to insult, a $17.50 is added per tank for " maintenance" per year. On the up side, delivery employees are very courteous.
