Parking is hard at this location so if is the first time come
30 min earlier. People is rude and waiting time is crazy. If you can get another company to do your labs you will be doing a favor to yourself.
On top of that they Lost my tests so my doctor couldn’t get them

The staff are awesome, but the director for customer service doesn't know anything about the Latin community, The staff waste a lot of time explaining to the customer.

I am happy with Quest, but need more location near to Little Havana, because in Miami University is full!!!, and despite to have appointment the people have to wait more time than required.

Staff is usually pretty nice considering thet are always busy. But even with an appointment you wait a long time

T here are not many choices for blood work but stay away from this location in particular.

I have had no choice but to come back a couple more times.. and I had to reiterate how incompetent they are. I made an appointment for a collection and they had run out of containers. Its hard to believe they have no inventory control.

I used to be able to get in and out when I scheduled an appt. ahead of time. the past two times I went to this Quest (1050 NW 14 St, Miami), it's taken and hour even though i had an appt.

The best part of quest is the appointments, they are pretty much on time. Quest puts all results on the graph so you can see your blood work at a glance.

When you are given an appointment they are always on time and get it right I have Small veins and they get it first time around.

Techs are ok but the wait time here is beyond ridiculous. How is it always so packed with appointments ? And you have to make an appointment to drop off specimen. Wait times are out of control.

This place is always packed, and customer service sucks!
You only get to talk with a touch screen.
Came here for employer drug testing; this is my third time trying to get tested without them saying that "they're no longer performing drug screening for the day" even though it's 11 am.
Parking is affordable on the U Miami parking deck.
