This publix inventory is very good, as in other publix the shelves have started to reflect emptiness. The deli is quick as is the check out and the overall shop is ample not crowded. This location is a plus, apparently store management here is very good.

It was 9:15 and Publix closes at 10pm, as my partner and I walk to the deli (slowly because my partner is disabled) the lady behind the subs (Beatriz) is already staring us down. This is uncomfortable of course because she’s not smiling or being friendly her greeting was “No tenemos pan” (we don’t have bread) as to deflect us from even thinking of ordering. Now mind you, in other Publix they will help you, give you options, let you pick another bread at the bakery but she was quick to shut us down. Now I get that you are cleaning the floor and prepping to close but there’s still 45 minutes left and as we read the menu she’s hosing the floor & mumbling to her coworker asking us from afar “van a cojer algo!?”(are you getting something!?) as if our presence there was bothering her. My partner feeling uncomfortable says no thank you and she doesn’t even look up at us or acknowledges just keeps going. Customer service is key & we are definitely not giving our hard earned money to this Publix. We felt shooed away and unwanted, her body language, her immediate response to shut us down. Talk to your managers then and close the deli an hour before closing time if you don’t want to continue serving customers after a certain time.
