They are all so nice to me. Always helping me cause I can't walk. Monica and Elizabeth in the deli are the greatest
I won't be going there anymore tho. I moved. But really the staff were my friends. Also Trent in the deli. Super hard worker. Helps me all the time. I know Tommy Thompson would like to know whose working really hard to please customers. I commend them. I am William King. A former Publix employee. Emerald hills before they built the superstore.

This Publix is not all bad, but I am giving it 2 star due to the extremely poor customer service at the management level. First, I’ve bought rotten milk here twice. When I spoke to a manager, he dismissed it by saying it happens in all Publix stores. Well, it’s only happened here to me. Secondly, there were only two people working the deli for cold cuts and sandwiches on a Monday at 7 pm. This is often the case during the busiest times same as Saturdays. I had to wait 40 minutes just to get some ham. Those poor employees were working so hard and under all the pressure of all the customers staring; I felt terrible for them. I can’t imagine how difficult it must be for them to even take a bathroom break during those crazy hours. They deserve better. When I look for the manager there were 3 ok 3 of them just chatting, while their employees are struggling, unbelievable. I mentioned this to two of them, they claimed they are trying to hire but can’t find anyone. ? Come on… it’s so disappointing. Publix used to have a great reputation for excellent customer service across all stores.

Cake prices have dramatically changed! I spoke with Denys who made me wait for 20 mins at the customer service desk with 2 kids about this cake price. They had to call this "manager" 3 times over the PA system before I had to walk up to him and retrieve him myself to help me. He then pulled out a price list effective 1/11/2024 where these prices have dramatically changed. The 10" round with filling and buttercreme used to be 24.99 it is now an outrageous 79.99! For that price you could contact a true blue designer baker in Miami for a more extravagant and incredible cake than Publix. You have lost a very long term customer..
