I get the 2 piece fried dinner and this is the 3 time they charged me a different price. And they told me that they had fresh fried chicken coming out and so I waited but then they grabbed it from the box so I just waited for nothing. There are lots of people in the deli working but it is like the slowest deli of the 4 Publix in the area and I don’t know why.

Ms. Jenni and Ms. Frankie in the deli have the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’m never disappointed when I come to this deli! These ladies are the epitome of hard-working and loving what they do- putting smiles on everybody’s faces!

Jeroy, who works at the deli at the Palmetto Bay Publx is absolutely AMAZING! Excellent customer service skills, professional, with great attitude. Takes pride in his work, juggles multiple customers with a smile on his face. Employees such as Jeroy deserve to be commended.
