Publix . It's very oriented, Clean, and my Prescription Meds, always on TIME!!! AND THE pharmacists ARE REALLY THERE TO ORIENT YOU IN WITH YOUR
MEDS. GREAT VARIETY OF ? ? LIPSTICKS. CHECK THEM OUT IF FOR ANY REASON THERE'S PEOPLE IN FRONT OF YOU!!
WHO WOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT OUR PUBLIX, WHERE WE DO SHOP WITH A PLEASURE ? ☺️ ? ? WOULD HAVE A GREAT PHARMACY! AND I'VE TRIED ♥️ THEM ALL! FROM NAVARRO , TO CVS ( WHERE I WORKED FOR YEARS. SENT ALL OVER MIAMI !!!!) TO WALGREENS. EVEN IN BROWARD FOR 3 YEARS WHERE WE LIVED IN THERE IN A BEAUTIFUL ? HOUSE. WITH THE INTERCOSTAL RIGHT IN THE BACK. FISHES TURTLES DUCKS SWANS AND FULL I MEAN FULL OF IGUANAS! IT LOOKED LIKE YOU WERE ENTERING EPCOT CENTER IN DISNEY WORLD. BUT SADLY ? ? ? MY HUSBAND OF 29, YEARS SUDDENLY ? PASSED AWAY!! OUR LIVES CHANGED DRASTICALLY. AND IN A BLINK OF AN EYE. LEARNED TO LIVE WITH OUR JESUS CHRIST!! WITHOUT HIM OR HER ME AND OUR 2 CHIHUAHUAS WOULD HAVE BEEN LOST... SO LIVE FIERCEFULLY ,

Went to the bakery this weekend and asked for the viral glazed croissant. I wanted something to have with my mother as I was taking care of her for the weekend. Was told by the attendant at the bakery that her manager does not allow her to do this without prior notice, at least a 24 hour notice to pour glazing on 2 croissants. I was told their logic is that the croissants must be warm to be glazed so they "absorb the glazing" more. Needless to say I went to another Publix and was accommodated. This was very disappointing; been a customer of Publix for years and appreciate how their customer service goes above and beyond. This is why some argue it is worth their prices. If their customer service is lacking, then what is the point of going there? There are plenty of grocery stores with comparable quality. Very disappointed!!

This is the worse Publix I have ever been to, 06/07/24 at 3.00 pm the woman making the sandwiches is taking more the 20 minutes to make a sandwich, I went to the sushi stand to get a poke bowl and guess what, there were no poke bowls ready so I ask the guy if he could make a poke bowl and said NO!, there were also no fresh soups so l had to get lunch somewhere else, what a disgrace this place is! I am never coming back here!

I’m not sure what has happened to customer service at this store in the deli department. Nobody is willing to help. You could be waiting around with a number while conversations are happening. I can’t believe English is not a requirement!!! Publix is going downhill.
