very bad the experience all day calling the pharmacy to get medication I need and know one answers the phone I called to speak with a manager and all she did was transferred me to the pharmacy and ounce again no one answered my call I was very upset I have been a customer of this publix for more than ten years and never had any problems but now is the worst I've ever seen it the management is terrible know one helps you when you need help I'm going to change to another publix as soon as possible!!!!

The lines here are horrible. There are multiple lanes but why are only two or three open? Perhaps self checkout would be faster. I'll be going to a different location.

I recently visited the bakery at this location in need of urgent help. The cake I had for a baby shower got damaged and I was in need of a replacement within an hour.
The manager and staff at the bakery looked extremely busy as it was a Saturday but they didn’t turn me away. Somehow they managed to help me and were able to make a cake swiftly even though they were full of orders. I am extremely thankful and filled with gratitude but mostly amazed by the incredible customer service I was provided and the will of the entire staff to help me with my situation. The cake came out perfect!
