I went into the store to get some lunch at the deli. I asked for a “Spicy Sriracha chicken tender wrap”. She didn’t know what that was. Weird cause it’s on the menu, but that’s fine, I can teach you by reading the menu above you. Cool. Start with Sriracha. She doesn’t know what that is. She finds some Sriracha favored carrot humus and figures that’s the next best thing. Nevermind, I’ll go elsewhere.
Folks, why even have a menu if you don’t know what’s on it, you don’t have the ingredients to make the items on it, and don’t even know what the ingredients even are?
