Publix subs are delicious! The chicken sandwich with fresh avocado slices was appealing for everyone. The deli staff was really nice and there was fast service. Very nice and clean environment.

NOTE: This applies to Publix in general, and not to a single store. Specifically, this is a review of the Publix heat-and-serve dinner platters from the deli. I recently ordered and purchased the "Publix Mojo Pork Dinner with Rice and Plantains, Just Heat, for 7 to 10 People". It was the most disappointing "heat-and-serve" meal I have EVER bought. The website states that you need at least 48 hours, which is understandable. When I went to pick it up, they could not find my order. Eventually I was told that someone else who had ordered 1, upon arrival, wanted 2, so they gave that customer my order. I thought "so now I am without my food???". They then told me they are finishing preparing mine. Now I thought "they should have made the OTHER customer wait for a new order, and not give my order to them... but at least they have more, and I get my food". When I finally got my order I realized why the other customer asked for a second order. To say that this order feeds 7-10 people is close to qualifying as "false advertising". The rice portion and the plantains portion could feed 4-5 people at best. I am guessing that was the reason why the customer before me ordered a second pork/rice/plantain dinner on the spot (and then was given MY dinner). But so far, as bad as this is, it is not the worse thing. This was a a collection of frozen foods that I could have picked inside the store myself. Frozen pork, frozen rice, frozen plantains, and a dessert, all available in the store. I can grab a shopping cart, pick up each item, DECIDE if I want that specific rice or if I want the plantains, then go pay, and probably pay less than the "boxed" price. When I order from ANY deli, the expectation is that I am ordering fresh food, especially when the vendor says they need 48 hours advance notice/purchase. Does it take 48 hours for the employee to leave the deli area, walk to the frozen foods area, pick up the frozen items, take them back to the deli area, and place them in a box? No, it does not (which is why I was able to get the frozen dinner items even after my order was given to another customer). Finally, while looking at the dinner description now, while writing this review, I see in 3 places "7 to 10 people", then in a fourth place, it says "serves about 6". As I mentioned at the start of this review, I wrote that it could feed 4-5 people (so we are close). But claiming 7-10 people in the title and 2 more times in the description, then elsewhere say "no.. it only serves 6, at best" is definitely deceptive. I never expected Publix to engage in deceptive practices (not only about how many people this packed dinner serves, but more so about it being frozen, not fresh). Remove the "need 48 hours" from the webpage. That's a lie, and implies "preparation time", not "boxing time". Add "all items are frozen and available in our store" to the web page. Stop treating your customers as fools!

The pharmacy staff was amazing. They called the ER four times to make sure they fixed my prescription and got it on time. They were so helpful, professional and friendly. When a family member is sick and you need medication you really appreciate finding this kind of service. Thank you!

My wife and I shopped here before switching to Fresco y Mas with the aim of saving a few bucks. Publix isn't cheap! The service here is okay, but I've observed that this location tends to get more crowded than other Publix stores in the area.

I want to start by saying I love this Publix, everything is clean and most employees are courteous... BUT, the deli department Sucks...they take forever to give you "4 chicken strips" and there were four employees.... I had to wait 20 minutes for four chicken strips...There was a couple in front of me having a sandwich made...it wasn't until I asked if anybody could give 4 chicken strips that s gentleman got them for me but with an attitude...When I asked for the managers name he pointed at a picture of a lady named Juanita...I expect more from Publix..

I went on a Saturday early morning to this Publix location and I had a great experience as usual. They have an ample parking lot. And everyone inside this Publix we're taking Covid precaution using mask and keeping social distancing. I liked this Publix in particular because they have extra signs to tell people where to go or not to go in different isles and it help me remember to go what I'm supposed to or not.

Appalled that I was not issued store credit to replace items the store shopped for because I wasn't given a receipt. Arrived st home to find they had charged me for the $30 packing buns burgers instead of the $8 everything bagels instead of plain and bone in pork chops instead of boneless . Customer Service "Chiki" could not find the manager to help me feed my kids gross injustice and overcharged during a pandemic I went back to the store because I had no choice I wanted store credit to replace the incorrect items. Shame on you Publix and Manager where were you?? Oh items were left at customer service desk

I couldn't believe today when I went to the supermarket that Publix executives have decided not to give face mask and gloves to their employees if you're going to ask min wage employees to put themselves at risk the least you can do is give them the protective gear so they do not spread the virus and bring it back home or spread it in the community I am very disappointed in Publix as a whole company. There wasn't even hand sanitizer in the cash registers it was incredibly disappointing

Expensive! The checkers were nice. Good selection but things seemed overpriced. Not many store brands available, especially in chips and snacks, and it wasn't for lack of space. Why are the grapefruits so tiny when I bought twice the size at a fruit stand?

I've been hearing about publix for years, and years, and didn't give it much thought, well because publix isn't in my state. So I was excited to see one when I visited Florida and with anticipation parked my rental car and walked in. What a disappointment. This store, or at least this location was awful. So dirty and disorganized. We bought some water, and there was a bit of a communication gap. I don't speak Spanish, and the clerk didn't speak very good English, but I can read the monitor and hand gestures. On the way out, there were scratch offs, with losers on the floor. If they had this chain in my state, I don't think I would shop here.

Something needs to be done about this deli; it's literally painful to order from here. Why are meat and cheese selections ordered one at time? It would be way more efficient to write your order down and have them prepare everything instead of stopping each time to take your next order. I love this Publix but I dread ever having to order anything from the deli.
