ok i just finished filing a complaint with department of agriculture for this location. They have become very unconscious about the quality of the fruit and they have us in carousel of prices up and down. Apples variance in price by day and use the fruit as commodities. prevalence CORPORATE GREED, for example the key lime went up from 6.99/ 7.99 to flat is 10.00. everything has been price up.!!

I would like to warn everyone that this pharmacy does NOT follow the regulations of the DEA or FDA for accuracy of controlled medication CII - CIV drugs.I have had this pharmacy inaccurately dispense my controlled medication and today was the last straw.I was required to have a 60 count of a controlled substance drug and when I got home I had 36 which was a huge discrepancy.Where is the checks and balance system?How does publix ensure the accuracy of medication that are so delicate and can actually harm someone if dispensed inaccurately?BEWARE OF THIS PHARMACY and stay safe.Look at drugs.com or daily es to make sure you have the correct drug medication prior to receiving anything from this pharmacy or any pharmacy.

What is going on at this store!!? The customer service quality at the deli has gone to the floor. For the second time in a row I have placed an order online (ham and chesse) and it is not ready to be picked up on the requested time, and on top of that when they packaged the products they give me the wrong one..... not a happy camper !!

I am writing to compliment the outstanding customer service I received this morning at your Publix store located in Plaza del Paraiso (12100 SW 127th Ave, Miami, FL 33186). It was without any doubts the best customer service I have ever received in any Publix store I have visited across the country. People like Juan Sery (Deli department) are why my household does nearly 100% of our groceries at Publix. I believe this employee should be publicly recognized and his exampled spread across all the other employees.
