I ve shopped at this Publix and other Publix near by but yesterdays shopping experience pushed me over the edge! Although one is patient to pay more at Publix than at a local Walmart yes I'm comparing! Yesterday upon the bag boy bagging my purchases I asked him to separate the heavy products into separate bags. His reply was: what it isn't heavy! I was astonished for his response to me as a customer. Now mind you, this is not the first time I have experienced a matter where an employee at this location and other Publix pack the products together with nonconsumable with consumable products like detergents do not go together with consumables! Doesn't Publix pay to teach the employees how to pack the products correctly are we all going pay more for product to arrive home damaged? Is there no more time to train employees correctly which one is it? If I could I would go elsewhere for my groceries! Deli: That's another matter you ask for a product and if you don't pay attention you may receive a product you did not expect nor ask for. Forget if you ask for a deli employee to cut your product as you requested either. I am so sick of how ignorant these employees are to us customers!!!

Don't bother to use this Publix's pharmacy.Pharmacist will tell you they didn't have the medication so you DONT wait for it or he/she will let you know they don't have the medication because they truly don't carry it.I have never been able to use the pharmacy at this Publix.The first time I went, they told me I did NOT have the medicine. But I'm sure they told me that because I said I wanted to wait for her. Since I said that, the Doctor/pharmacist told me maybe we'll get in today.And the other times they haven't had the medicine

Very nice Publix. The pharmacy is very clean and the people servicing very well. Haven't purchase any deli yet from there but .

The Publix deli service is terrible, if you do not speak Spanish then no body wants to service you. Even after taking the number it took 25 minutes for any one to service me. At least 2 workers were only taking care of one customer and 2 other were just chatting around

I presented a prescription for a medication that was to be applied to my eye and they told me 30 minutes, come back in about 45 minutes and they told me I'm sorry, there are delays, come back in 30 minutes. It seems that 30 minutes + 30 is the time to give you eye drops. for the eyes but at the time of writing the review and waiting for them to assist me I don't know if they will tell me...30 more minutes

First of all, if you do not speak Spanish, you are not welcome here at all. You will not be helped, you cannot buy anything from the deli or the coffee stand and you will be treated like garbage. Second, everyone is highly unpleasant, the products are overpriced, the lines are very long and they waste mind-blowing amounts of plastic bags. Specifically, the deli is the worst experience. We have gone to this location many times and it is always the same. The staff working there have no manners, I mean literally do not know how to behave with another human being. They hate their job and make sure you know that. You will be waiting for 45 minutes minimum, once you get someone to interact with you, they go "Ugh", and never look at you. The ingredients for the sandwiches are very old, they use non-Boars head ingredients even though you are paying for them, the sandwiches are really bad and it is overall overpriced. One time it got bad enough that I asked for a manager and as expected, he/she never came. If you can, stay away. This place is disgusting.

Worst pharmacy in Miami. The doctor changed the dosage for my son's medication, which meant that he had to double up on the pills he was taking and needed a refill with the new dosage sooner than a month after the original medicine was dispensed. Even though I explained this three times, to three different people, they refused to understand and dispense the medication. The fact that my son needs this medicine to function makes them not only incompetent, but cruel. They even had the nerve to give my son's doctor's assistant the same runaround that they gave to me when she called them to explain. I am switching all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy where they actually have professionalism and care about their customers, and I will definitely NEVER use them again. If your prescription is for medication that is essential, DO NOT count on them, because they simply do not care.

Great pharmacy. The pharmacists and techs all really develop a relationship with the patient and have the meds filled quick, and even used a coupon to lower the cost of an rx that I didn’t even know about.The Pharmacist David talked to me about how to take my meds and Ruth had it prepared and ready for pick up right on the spot.Shout out to the whole pharmacy team and if you really appreciate them? Bring Cuban coffee. All medical workers survive on it.
