I've visit this Publix a few times and it has always been a great experience. It is clean and there is always someone available to help. The environment is very organized and today Oscar was able to help me with a few questions I had. He was attentive and patient and made sure I found everything I needed.

The staff is very kind. I went and was going to purchase some roses and a couple of the stems were broken so a manager I believe he was, Alejandro, told me that I could have it for free. I very much appreciate that. I'd say it's a great Publix. That wasn't the first time they went out of the way for me.

For the 3rd time the deli & specifically one employee, Carla sell me the wrong ham. This is horrible, dishonest customer service. Shame on you Publix. Once is a mistake, twice you know what you’re doing. This is the 3rd time. Horrible

Twice over the past few months, I have unknowingly purchased outdated hot dogs there, two different brands (Boar's Head and Nathan's Natural Casing).I have to get better at remembering to check the date IF I ever go there again. But they have to get way better at not selling old (and dangerous) food. Both times, they were over a month and a half old. I'm concerned with elderly people more than anything, as their vision may not be good, and they may eat the old food and get very sick. I let a manager know, but l don't know if things will change. He didn't seem too concerned. Let's hope!

It's always clean and the AC is kicking. I enjoy the shopping experience here, even though it is expensive. I shop across the street at Fresco y Mas because I can save more money there. But the quality if products here seem so much better. Oh, you gotta get the sugar cookies from the bakery. The aisles are always clean and the bathroom smells fresh. If it wasn't for the prices, I'd shop here more.

Terrible, customer service, rude & bad attitude from attendant Verena. Specially on a day like December 31,2018... Not ever going back there again ! Manager was polite but didn't care either.

This particular Publix is my "Oh, man! I forgot something" Publix. I stop really quick and get whatever I need. The lines are never too long in this Publix, despite the horrible parking. Still, overall, it's a good Publix.

Our neighborhood Sabor is amazing. Great selection of ethnic foods and the deli has stepped it up. Minimal wait time for your weekly share of Publix Sweet Ham. My favorite is the produce manager. He always greets you with a smile and offers his assistance. Try the roasted chicken with Mojo and the freshly made sushi.

Slow service and the employees spend their time gossiping instead of servicing the clients. Spoke to the manager NESTOR and he didn't even apologize for the poor slow service he basically ignored me and this behavior perpetuates this poor service. We are paying customers that don't have time for "breteras" and attending to customers that will actually turn a profit and providing basic customer services is key. If you don't make your yearly plan Th is the reason why. Get your act together this isn't Cuba.
