This Publix location offers the new cafes- which are stocked with bakery goods. Fresh smoothies and warm coffees/cold brews. It's my favorite and so convenient. I have been addicted to these green smoothies, they are so fresh and tasty! Def must try!

They never follow their own rules. Pre paid is thru this side or that side. Every time you come they change it according to who wants to work and who doesnt.

La farmacia que tiene el telefono de adorno!!! They NEVER answer the phone and when they do they have the most AWFUL attitude! I had to call and ask for the manager after more than 15 calls to the pharmacy (calls that they would put on hold and then hang up) to be able to contact them. Will be changing pharmacies as soon as possible. Don't waste your time here.

Simple bakery selections and nice deli employees. Easy to maneuver the store and quick check out during the day. They've recently added self check out as well. Super cool!

Look out how your request your deli items. Look out when you have your products ARE bagged for CONSUMABLES DO NOT GO WITH DETERGENT!

This is the worst pharmacy!!!. Please, I do not recommend that you waste time there, I was waiting for a medicine for more than 24 hours, I called by phone and the manager who is not trained in customer service answered me, according to her the vaccines have priority and the medicines are not, you can die of pain because in other words she doesn't care, what a pity with older people that you have to wait so long for medicine is inhumane. I believe that she should not be in charge of this pharmacy because they are going to lose many patients, at least from my part I will tell everyone never to put medical prescriptions in that Publix, we need more humane people. Thank you !

The little blonde pharmacist give absolutlely idiotic answers, like "the pharmacist has to change a trade-mark drug to a generic one. The patient has no choice except when the doctor writes that no alternate drug is allowed."
Then the patient has to do the homework to correct the problem.
The pharmacist did not ask the insurance. The insurance covers the trade-mark drug (yes, yes)
That Publix pharmacy is definitively Kafkaesque, or...incompetent.

They messed up my daughter's birthday cake. I had originally ordered a different cake, and when I received it it was a graduation cake. I was very disappointed when they told me I couldn't get a refund. This Publix was my favorite location, but after this I was severely dissatisfied.

The deli department is frustrating. Waiting 15 minutes while watching a young girl slicing meat for people that aren't there. When I asked how long do I have to wait for an acknowledgment the girl pointed to the deli manager preparing sandwiches at 9:00 in the morning with no wait for them. Telling me if I have a problem with that to talk to her about it. She was rude and obnoxious. All other publix functions as a it should. It's a pleasure shopping at any other Publix except this one. I will never go to the deli department at this Publix again. Seems like they didn't want to serve me. Poor service and the manager doesn't care. About 20 minutes in and out for a pound of ham!
