How can a garage legally be kept this hot? No ventilation at all, terribly hot, it's a sauna! And they allow drug addicted street roamers into the bathroom, smells horrible

Called around 7 pm for a question and was treated very rudely by the male staff member on the phone. I understand they must handle a high volume of people, but a little kindness goes a long way. Not everyone works in a pharmacy and knows how prescriptions work.
