We have a family member with alpha gal, which is a rare severe allergy to mammal products. I called and spoke to Deborah, the pharmacist, and was trying to find a medicine that was safe for our situation. Deborah spent a lot of time on the phone with me and actually wanted to know more about this allergy and what it means. We spoke about alpha gal and she said she would call me back with better answers. This was on a Friday. Sure enough, Deborah called me back the next day, on a Saturday, over labor day weekend and found a safe alternative for us. I thanked her for her help and she said it was her pleasure to help us, as she would never wish this on anyone. Deborah has a big heart.I'm writing this review because of the stress this allergy puts the family through is insane. When we need help or have questions, we are usually on our own . When someone takes the time to not only help find a safe medicine but also educate themselves on alpha gal, that is priceless to us. Thank you for the compassion and the empathy, Deborah .. you're the best

Worst experience ever. The pharmacist will not help you at all. If you are having issues with your insurance these pharmacies at this Publix will try to get rid of you fast instead of trying to help you out. Worst customer service even the supervisor in this Publix is rude and does not have any customer service experience.

In my experience not everyone is friendly and has good customer service at pharmacies, for some reason. However, at this pharmacy Camila and another young man(with black hair and a goat tie) have been very friendly and helpful. I wish everyone could be as nice.

I have found this pharmacy to be one of the best in Miami. They always pick up the phone. They never tell you to wait, and they go above and beyond to help anyone get the needed medicines. Keep up the good work!

I wish I can give 0 star. The pharmacy suppose to open at 9 and they didn't open until really late, my daughter need the medicine ASAP and I have to wait foe a while because they were close?. To be a hospital location should be more punctual because you are dealing with sick people who rely on the medication.

A total disregard for the patients. A med was transferred here from West Miami Publix last month. This month when I tried to have it refilled they said, they didn't have the meds and to get it transfer to another pharmacy they would need to call the West Miami Pub. Walgreens was not able to get the prescription transfer because the med was showing as "In-Process" at this location. First they tell me that they don't have the meds, then the have "In-Process" and I can't even get it transferred. Such lack of concern and disregard for the patients leave a lot to be desired. I will definitely call Publix Headquarter to make sure that they are aware of the lack of service provided by this location. If I could give them a negative star, I would have.

We are not asking you for a favor, we are paying for a service, which is also quite expensive and it is time for you to understand it. They should better manage customer support.

My son had surgery yesterday and the doctor prescribed a medication that I was only able to find here. At the time I called to confirm they had it, it was too late. Since online it showed they open at 7:30, I decided to leave my house at 6:30am just to be there and drop off prescription before I went to work @8. Well, pharmacy door clearly said they opened @ 7:30 but I guess that means nothing. The pharmacist came strolling like if nothing to open @ 7:45, not a care in the world. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful if you ask me.

I must say the worst service from Kathy. She has lack of people skills and listening skills. They never called me to inform me that the prescription was being declined by the insurance. She provided incorrect information why the medication was being declined by the insurance. I had to called the health insurance to get accurate information why the insurance was declining the medication for my son. I asked her if the pharmacy still had the hard copy of the prescription, Kathy asked me did you bring it in? Seriously, did she just asked me that! Obviously I brought it in if you see in the system (my thoughts), She put me on hold again without letting me know. I called again and she put me on hold again, thankfully this time the pharmacist answered after she put me on hold for the third time, and she answer my question in a efficiently and in a nicely manner.
