The customer service is horrible if anything. The employees are unfriendly especially the cashiers and most don't communicate to even greet you. I'm not sure if it's a language barrier but a simple hello and thank you in any language would be suffice. I understand it's a supermarket but friendliness goes a long way in any business especially if Publix is going to live up to its shopping is a pleasure attitude. Well it's not at this location. I also hold the managers accountable for this behavior because it's evident throughout the store. The deli and sandwich stations employees also lack that service attitude and energy. I've been to this location several times due to necessity but will avoid moving forward. To make matters worse one of the escalators from the parking lot has been down for about two weeks or more. This place in general is always packed and the garage is dirty and a breeding ground for pigeons.

Just wanted to give a recommendation and acknowledgement to " John and Roberto" that works in the Seafood Counter department, my first time visiting this location, usually I visit all sorts of public's. This location stood out to me for John was so friendly and helpful along side Roberto's assistance. He went out of his way to offer any additional assistance and even warmed up my order and added seasoning to it, I was able to enjoy a hot meal within minutes of returning to my car. Thank you John.

I picked up lunch at deli and was greeted with friendly customer service. The food was delicious, I will definitely try them again

Trash. Ordered deli sub about an hour in advance and they had no clue what I was talking about. Stale chicken tenders as well. Finally, staff will look at you like you're subhuman if you don't speak fluent Spanish. 0/10

horrible experience with this pharmacy. I picked up freestyle libre sensors back in January and they gave me 4 and charged me $144. i thought this was being put through insurance which would be adding to my out of pocket or even deductible. I just now found out that they didn't put it through insurance at all and charged me self pay price which means my out of pocket amount wasnt affected for this purchase. the goal is to meet my out of pocket and do this by making large purchases as this would have been. Mauricio is the best at that pharmacy but I just spoke with a Maite who was the typical rude employee. I explained the issue and how terrible it is that I wasn't told that I was paying a self pay price and instead of apologizing she just kept repeating the same story about how the amount would be more if put through insurance then she was super rude when I got upset as she clearly was NOT listening to me. My next step is to go to corporate. I hate to leave Mauricio but I will be transferring my scripts to another pharmacy.

At the suggestion of a pharmacist friend of mine I switched to this publix pharmacy from one that is right behind my house. My friend is a genius! These guys are so great and super fast in filling my mess. Today I came in to purchase a glucometer and the male pharmacist I think his name is Mario, helped me out. He showed me exactly how to use the glucometer and even gave me really good advice on how to save some money on my current medicines! If I could give 100 stars I would! In the time it took him to teach my the glucometer the other pharmacist filled a last minute prescription I had requested and filled for three months!!! The best amongst ALL the rest! Really haply with this pharmacy, if you're looking for a good and caring place this pharmacy is the place to go to to manage your medications. God bless Mario and all the staff!

One of my favorite Publix is this one on 37th, and another is the one in South Beach, which has a GREAT location, and I also like the Publix on Coral Way & 27th Avenue. They are all ALWAYS clean, have everything you need and thought you never needed. The Customer Service counter and the staff are EXCELLENT, friendly, knowledgeable and go out of their way to help you! Their Publix Subs are DELICIOUS! Two thumbs up, WAY UP!

Worst pharmacy ever. When you call they are very rude. So they send me a text saying my refill was ready when i get there they tell me its not ready till tomorrow. The lady in front with blonde hair is super rude and not very professional. I suggest they hire someone with more customer skills. I will be changing pharmacy.

I usually don't right bad reviews , but I was a little annoyed when I placed an order on instacart because my girl isn't able to walk right now . She received the text saying it was ready went , waited 20 mins . Called some woman answered and said "oh I see it okay I'm sorry " will send someone there . My girl waited another 20 mins . So I canceled it and had to go in myself and get what she needed . Mind you when I called back to cancel she was so careless , her response "ok" . And hung up Do not order online with them horrible service . You'll never get what you need .

If I could give a 10 star I would! Great customer service! All the employees help me find what I needed. They were really nice and professional. I was greeted while walking in the Store . Store is really clean and organized. I will love to thank all the employees for there GREAT customer service. And truly thankful for the store manger that tried helping me find a free sugar cake for my grandma's birthday wish I knew his name but thank you again and thank you for you great employees!!!!!!!

Well stocked. Huge store. Friendly employees. Quick check out. 4 self check out stands available. Clean. seems like a v popular location bc there were a lot of customers coming in and out. Complimentary 2 hr parking garage in the same bldg as the Publix. Make sure you verify your parking ticket before leaving.
