This is the best pharmacy I have found in almost 30 years in Miami. The pharmacists are always kind and helpful. They always pick up the phone without putting you on hold forever as in CVS & Wallgreens. Recently I am taking a meds that has a shortage nationwide, well they go above & beyond to always have this meds available for me.
They are simply the best ?
Last, they always remember my name and greet me with a smile ?

Never in my life I have been to a horrid establishment in my life to the point that employees have asked me to plead to write a review about management in this establishment. Johana Menadier Nathan Davis Rosario Hernández These managers have to be the worst unprofessional management I have ever witnessed, we're they abused their team in front of customer. I'm willing to take this all the way to corporate. They literally left my concerns and left to lunch together. The worst place to shop. Stay away from this Publix. I will take this to corporate and pray for the abuse their employees are taking, because it's unacceptable.

Customer service does not exist here; the staff is completely incompetent. Multiple times i have been left without notification about extremely important medications and yet, this pharmacy had their assistant manager call to tell me that because they have made so many errors they will not be able to fill my prescriptions any longer. Do not play with your life or your health, get your meds elsewhere and avoid the total idiocy and lack of regard for patrons and their ability to receive life-altering medications. They are unequipped mentally to do their jobs.

The five stars is for the Pharmacy. They always have my meds and contact me if there is any issue. The Pharmacists are great. They strive to know you by name and greet you with a smile, just like old time pharmacists. They even remind me about vaccines needed.The grocery section is good, clean and the people are friendly. My only issue is that products that I purchase for years suddenly disappear and never come back. I then have to go to another nearby Publix to get those.

It was only yesterday that I went to this particular drug store to buy medication. Their service has met my expectations. As well as the pharmacist, who was extremely helpful. She assisted me in finding the appropriate medication for my disease. Thank you very much for your excellent service.

Imagine going to your local supermarket and what you want to purchase is not available because they are closing in 2 hours. Imagine wanting to purchase bread or seafood in this Publix and there's none because they close in two hours. Imagine wanting to speak to the manager about it, customer service person called manager to the front and he never comes. But, it goes a little further, the customer service person doesn't refer to you as a customer, she refers to you as the guy. I guess this is not Miami Shores, Coconut Grove, or even Brickell. In this Publix the management team has showed me in few occasions that they do not care about their customers. The management team in this store do not deserve to work for this company. Their lack of appreciation for their customers shows at every level. If you can shop somewhere else do. This location does not deserve your business.

Very disappointed i found out they did away with their jewish section of foods and when they did have it during the holiday no one knew what chopped liver was, every other publix carries it in ft lauderdale I,do very little shopping at this location as the store is small and goods are over priced. We are all not from latin america last i looked it was the united states of america

This publix has a serious homeless situation where they go use the restroom as a shower or go and get the cups you use when you order your sandwich combos I'm sorry to put it this way but when you go to get groceries and there's a homeless person next to you that smells you wouldn't feel good about it either
