This boutique is adorable. A woman owned business with beautiful clothing, jewelry, candles, household items, and more. All the ladies on the floor are super sweet and helpful. The place is nice, I bought something spectacular! but the incense they use is so strong that when you leave there with the smell impregnated in your body, it aromatizes the car as well. A softer, more subtle scent would be nice.

When you return a item they do not return your money and give you a credit that is only good for 90 DAYS so SINCE I DID NOT GO BACK within the 90 days to use my credit I LOST MY MONEY !!!!
THAT IS SOOO WRONG
I will not shop there again

It’s a shame that being a valued customer goes unnoticed. I live all the way in Sunrise and always order online. I’m very careful when placing orders on items especially no returns. After speaking with Amaya on my exchange and coming to the store just to exchange an item and being told that it was a final sale and no exchanges can be done is just absurd. Prinzzesa you lost a valued customer. Beware that items online don’t say no exchange but then you receive a paper receipt that does. It’s not even about the item, it’s about the customer service edict behind it all. I will find a new boutique to spend my money on and that would exchange on item due to a size.

I don’t normally post negative reviews. Do not shop from this retailer. They are so unprofessional and manager refused to speak over the phone.
I ordered 2 dresses online for a special event . Bad quality and company does not offer refund once item is returned only credit . Why would I want credit from a store I won’t be shopping from again . Ordered smalls 1 dress was extremely large on top and the quality was not great other dress not the same pattern as website illustration.
