I don't give a ⅒ star because the publication doesn't allow it...Like any supermarket, it has the characteristics that pertain to it.But the customer service seems like it was hit by a truck, from security to the cashiers they treat you as if you came to order or steal...The worst experience in customer service... Walk a few more blocks and look for a place where they respect you as the customer you are.

Poor store policy. I bought an item for $2.49, when I got home I realized that it wasn't in the bag. I returned to the store. I felt like thus was a major offense, the manager had to review the camera, after waiting for a long time she returned. The manager was unable to review the camera. she would call me back when she was able to review the camera. REALLY FOR $2.49!!! Policy of the store is a thief until proven innocent at Presidente. Have a nice day. stay safe

I Love the Atmosphere and the Hispanic Culture are very Helpful and Respectful. Also I save a lot of Money everytime I shop there. The Prices are Low and they sell good quality products. Let me add to my Comment that the store is always Environmentally Friendly and Clean.

This location is horrible why ? * The lines are always long , due to the cashiers moving so slow * You have to check your meat because it's not fresh sometimes * Everyone speak Spanish so if you have to ask questions they can't really help you * There prices are higher * There vegetables are no good , I don't think they inspect them before they put them up for sale to the public * There is never anywhere to park
