Gay black guy is scaring customers away.
I went on October 7th 2024. I asked about a pair of shoes and he just said “no” with a face of disgust. After that face we decided to go, and as soon we were walking out the store he was still looking at us and gossiping about who knows what. Anyway I went to Hermes and bought a really nice pair of shoes.

I really hope that someone in Prada Corporate sees all the previous BAD comments about the terrible customer service occurring at the design district location. Nothing compares with Bal Harbor, for example. Sadly, I have to admit that the words: rude, impolite, annoying, pushy, gross, dishonest, etc. are true; and most came from the manager, telling lies about the shopping policies just to sell, but later refused to honor. I don't think Prada wants people entering their store and leaving with a bad experience that probably will never come back. Instead, go to the next door designer's store ending with a purchase there, and believe me, there are plenty. I think they are thankful you have that kind of manager.

The service was very weak and I wasn't even greeted after I said 3 hellos. The service was also very laughably unfriendly and not professional!!! Prada in Italy very big difference!

Went here for another purse and bucket head for my lady. Service was amazing, great selection and decent Champaign.. only spend half my paycheck in 15 min :)

I had a great experience in Prada today. The staff greeted us with smiles and a very nice welcoming, which honestly brightened up my day. The gentleman that assisted me was such a delight! He brought me out a jacket that matched exactly what I was looking for. I LOVE IT ?

5 stars for the staffs. They are welcoming, try to help and make you comfortable in any ways, and very friendly. However, the stocks were very limited. Only one out of the four handbags I wanted to check was available. I still left with the one available tho. Amazing product.

Personeel is heel vriendelijk en attend, bood ons wat te drinken aan toen onze aankoop werd ingepakt. De winkel is ruim en heeft een breed assortiment, en heeft de een ruim keuze aan diverse kleren.
