Called to inquire about a tire size , gentleman stated he didn’t have a used tire in my size but could order them got tomorrow. I informed him that would not work because they are really bad, the thread is showing. Before i could ask for availability on a new tire he hung up in my face. Customer service is bad, he was inpatient.

HONEST, PROFESSIONAL, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE!!! Ive been taking my 2010 BMW for 2 years. Tires, alignment, valve cover and gasket, complete tune up, breaks, and sensors. My car is not easy and they have been able to fix any problems I have had. It's so difficult to find a trustworthy mechanic shop. I have also taken my fathers Ford Taurus and a classic 1983 Mercedez Benz!!!!

I had a tire go flat on a Saturday. I decided to try this place out by dropping my car off for a tire change. At 7:30 in the evening, the team offered to change the tire on the spot and have my car back to me the same night. I picked my car up the same day and ready to drive to work for the upcoming week. This has been by far the best experience I’ve had regarding service and professionalism from a tire shop.Thank you!

HONEST, PROFESSIONAL, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE!!! Ive been taking my 2010 BMW for 2 years. Tires, alignment, valve cover and gasket, complete tune up, breaks, and sensors. I have also taken my fathers Ford Taurus and a classic 1983 Mercedez Benz !!!! HONESTO, PROFESIONAL, EXCELENTE ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE!!! He estado tomando mi BMW 2010 durante 2 años. Neumáticos, alineación, tapa y junta de válvulas, frenos y sensores, y tune-uo completo. Mi coche no es fácil y han podido solucionar cualquier problema que he tenido. Es muy difícil encontrar un taller mecánico de confianza. Tambien he llevado el ford de mi padre y un Mercedez Benz 1983 Clasico

The service was not very good. They gave me a price to change a tire and then they charged me more. They damaged a bolt and now I have to go to the agency to have it repaired. Very bad experience. I do not recommend it.

Got off a cruise today at the port and had a very flat tire. My husband put the donut on, but we had to travel 50 miles north. Not familiar at all with Miami, we went to Tire Kingdom. No help there. Googled the next nearest place and found Power Tires. Pulled in and the owner was happy to help and had one of his employees patch the tire and mount it within 10 minutes, even though they were busy and it was pouring rain. Charged us a very reasonable amount, and got us on our way. We gave the employee a nice tip and are so very grateful for being treated so nice. Highly recommend!
