I walked in just as she was closing. It was after closing time. She was still nice enough to take care of me and my package. Nowadays nobody does that and I appreciate it.

They have to work on their services, I brought a UPS package and the person said I had to put in in plastic bag they sell. I did. Then said they don't print labels for UPS so I couldn't ship it there bc I had a QR code. So I ended up paying for a sealed plastic bag, I wasn't rude, I paid for it but it was a waste of time.

Had to wait 30 minutes for a simple drop off. There was only one person in front of me. I asked to be serviced as it’s just a drop off. Was told to wait at the counter, 10 min later I started to show signs of irritation, the girl came up. Apparently they don’t do QR codes,…fine. I sent them an email with the label and had to wait additional 15 min for them(it was actually one employee in the whole place) to do something about it. Absolutely awful and I should’ve just went to FedEx directly.

THESE 5 stars go to LISSANDRA SHE WAS AWESOME!!!!!!! But she needs a raise and more personnel to attend clientele… GIVE LISSANDRA A HUGE RAISE SHES BRIGHT, Nice and an amazing multitasker! Wish her the very BEST!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Barbara and Francisco are the owners and they are amazing. They have always treated me like family. I feel red carpet treatment. I love that You can purchases boxes for your deliveries, envelopes, post cards etc. I highly recommend them.

I had a bad experience: March 4 I dropped a well packaged Samsung cell brand new, returned to Xfinity ( was packaged by Xfinity store ) via FedEx, the guy in the store took the package and didn't give me the receipt with the track number. I didn't received an email from FedEx neither. The package has not been delivery to Xfinity! They cannot find it! The guy just kept my package...he is a danger to customers like me! Now Xfinity is charging me $700 for the cost of the Samsung cell since they never received! I have no track number so it's a real mess! Be aware..

This guy wasted my time twice with a place listed as a "print" shop with no working printer. Owner is so cheap he would squeeze a quarter just to hear the Eagle scream..Bad customer service

Every time I go there we have an issue prayer one time I got there and the gentleman was away at lunch. He Had a sign it said he'll be back in 30 minutes and 45 later I drove to another location. They also always have issues with scan labels. The won't accept them. Go figure.

Both of my visits to this location have proven useless. Each time i went they were unable to serve me/accommodate what I needed. First I went to return an amazon return with a QR code. They were unable to do QR returns. I don't remember if its because they didn't have the proper QR equipment or if it was "down". I just went again to check if they were functional before getting my passport photo taken and as expected, their passport printer was "out of ink". I understand now why it's always empty in there. They are unable to provide services for modern day needs. A postal mail annex can't be running out of ink when it's one of the major services it offers. They advertise passport pictures on the exterior of the building/on entrance glass.I am aware that this is a privately owned business. I mean no harm to any small businesses for our communities are made unique and successful because of small business. However, I do feel the need to share my personal experiences so that any others in similar circumstances/looking for these specific services are aware that these may be circumstances they may encounter.
