Reggie and another unnamed woman (not Marci) need to be fired for absolutely unreasonable conduct, Closing down the post office, threatening arrest, lying about being the manager, flipping off customers, & yelling are completely unreasonable for someone recording that's our right according to poster 7, you can't violate our rights then be disrespectful to everyone when we do comply with your unlawful actions! I've been calling for 30 mins People have answered then immediately hang up! Your Actions won't go away you will be fired!

This is the post office you go to when you need to ship something back to someone you hate, like a bad boss. Purchased a USPS priority flat rate box on 07/24. It was supposed to be delivered by 07/27.On 07/31, the item was not even in transit yetEDIT: Just starting filing claims for lost stuff and it'll mysteriously turn up after they've had a fire lit up against their backside

Horrible experience specially this lady giving customers dirty looks talking on her AirPods about different dudes she was messing with just so unprofessional hate to see this type of behavior at post office just rude and unprofessional

Horrible service. Left work early two days in a row and arrived within 15-20 minutes before close to drop off a return package and the door was locked and was flat out refused service with zero apologies. Two days in a row. I understand being short staffed to a degree but the attitudeeeeeee

It’s a game of chance whether this post office actually opens at 9 which is the stated business hour ? don’t be surprised if you come at 9:15 and there is a line of people waiting and the staff members strolls in at 9:25 acting like she didn’t do nothing wrong

I had a terrible experience at the USPS office today. They were supposed to open at 9 am, but they didn't open until 9:30 am. There were many people waiting in line, and it was frustrating to see the staff casually strolling in 30 minutes late. The delay caused me to be late for my appointment, and I had to reschedule it. It's unacceptable for a government agency to be so careless with their timing, especially when so many people are depending on them. I hope they can improve their punctuality in the future, or else they risk losing more customers.

I have arrived at 9am. It's almost 9.20 and they are still closed. I've heard that they usually open at 10 but their hours of operation say 9am. Frustrated

It is a nightmare to have to process mail in this office, dreadful attention, the staff is very rude and do not respect the time of the customers, there are no manager or person in charge of whom you can speak, to solve the operational failures of this office

Store hours list opening time at 9.It’s 9:32. There’s a long line inside the store but no service at all.Other bad reviews are not surprising.
