Don’t understand why they have a drive thru? If it isnt even used? Anytime i come they always tell you to pull up the front? Causing a pileup? Like you’re better off just going inside and ordering? If more than likely you’re going to go inside for the food. The food hits but the way they function makes no sense.

Came in felt like I was known there. Food was hot and fresh. Customer service is amazing. The young lady Molly and the Manager Jenema always make my experience a great one. Give them a raise lol. But when I come down I will definitely be stopping through.

Horrible place and terrible service, bad hygiene, they do not use gloves or hats. I saw her touch her nose and then go to the food without mentioning how rude, vulgar and the lack of Customer Service she has. I have visited bad places but this one deserves to be closed. I gave it one star and because it was necessary to give it to be able to make the comment, repulsion is a decent word for what I have felt in this place

I don’t understand the purpose of the drive though because they make you wait outside the store like a dummy waiting for the food.In addition to that $10 for a chicken with some mini fries. I love this place but please improve customer service in regard to TIME and amount of food and the cashier told me I couldn’t use the REWARDS. How sad cause I spend like $50 every weekend.

After waiting for 10 minutes without anyone being at the front counter, I asked if anyone was taking orders upfront. Ms. Hubbard said to me, and I quote, " It's just us three here, so you can leave if you don't want to wait!" I responded by saying. "I just asked a simple question, there's no need to be rude!" She then stated her name, and I wrote it down and took a picture of her and the store. This due is down south in Richmond Heights on 152nd Street and 112 Avenue. She acted unprofessional, and other customers were there and witnessed it all! I'm an educator, and I was not pleased at all by her behavior! I will continue to put this message and review out there! Somthing needs to be done about this!!

Once again, my order was shorted and the service was horrible. The store shorted my order. It was another disappointment, after giving this store a chance one again. In my opinion, this store is a total disaster and I would never recommend ordering from them to anyone including an enemy. Do not shop there unless you wish to be disapointed.

The lady who serves, the only woman I saw, is rude, foul-mouthed, bad service, self-conscious. He takes out his complex on the clients and treats everyone badly. You shouldn't work with the public. Apart from being rude, they stole my money, the order was poorly served ? and they disrespectfully responded to my requests. Unqualified staff and a very bad environment for customers apart from the fact that the place is dirty and neglected. Very bad experience for my first time at this POPEYES, I have bought at many and everything has been too different. It even hurts that it is a food place.

This is a popular fast-food fried chicken restaurant with terrible customer service. The female worker (Tyra) preparing orders had an attitude problem she was brash, rude, and a trash-talker, in desperate need of customer service training. I placed my order at the drive-thru and had me waiting for 10 minutes before they asked me to pull around and I waited an additional 20 minutes. The drive-thru cashier passed me the wrong receipt. The charges on my receipt were for different items and that cost a lot more. After waiting 20 minutes for my order, I decided to walk in and ask for a refund. I normally don’t write bad reviews, but I had to share this so that they can improve. This is a bad review but it is the truth. I certainly did not leave with a positive impression. From now on KFC has my business.
