Ordered a wedge 2 plus weeks ago with no movement. Now they cancel the order cuz they don’t have it and have to wait up to 10 days for my $$ back. Poor customer service and no reply when I inquired about my order status. Taking my business elsewhere.

Best golf shop in Miami, has everything including a fitting service and a full repair shop. Knowledgeable and friendly staff that can talk you out of buying the wrong equipment and guide you in the correct direction. Excellent selection of new and used clubs, clothes, shoes, and accessories. Better prices than the huge stores and worth the drive out to Kendall to see these guys. I won't go anywhere else.

30 min drive (x2) with traffic and rain to change the tip (adapter) of my wood shaft. I called them and spoke with the manager to check the cost before showing up and when I arrived the cost was the double. It was only labor as I had the 2 tips. It is not about the money, it is about my time, honoring, and the fact that it was not worth it for me to spend in labor the same amount that I had paid to purchase the shaft. On the other hand, they wanted to change the grip as well, which was news for me and not sure why it was needed. In summary, very disappointing.

Went to Planet Golf to upgrade my begginer irons, ended up purchasing new Ping set, great prices, very knowlegable and friendly staff, family atmoshere, they were very busy but took their time making sure I was making the correct purchase for my level. Best locally owned golf shop in Miami and one of the best in the state that I have been to. Given it's relatively small size, the inventory and the staff are top notch and very knowledgeable. They are always willing to help and accommodate any of your golfing needs. Couldn't recommend this place more. If you are a golfer and are in the Kendall area, you need to swing by this place.

Very nice shop, Jorge and his brother are very helpful and knowledgeable. Jorge took to the simulator with the iron I was looking for and had me hit some shots and a fitting. I can see why people come back. Great place to go for your golf needs

I went to planet golf to buy a used wedge. They had an array of selection. When I walked in someone came right up to me and asked me a few questions about my skill level and he gave me a suggestion that I went with. They re-gripped it and I was on my way. Club is awesome. Great place to buy clubs.
