Went to workout before work, my car keys holding my key to the lock for the locker fell into the drain which was uncovered. Shows no regards for safety. They said they called a plumber? Had to wait days to get a response. Had to get a locksmith for my car. Out $250. ? They did mention that they could not call a plumber at the beginning, so I think they had their maintenance person do it.

They stole my backpack from inside the lockers with the locker closed with a padlock and they stole my car that was parked outside. The key was inside the backpack. They told me that they couldn't check the cameras because the manager arrived at 10:00. and I arrived at 11 so that in the end he told me that he cannot give him information if it is not with a police officer in my life in neither of the two gyms that I have been to, have I heard or seen something like that happen where they stole your things with the locker closed and if you know who is entering and leaving that gym, be careful so that it doesn't happen to you.

This location has brand new equipment and in the app, it allows you to see how busy your home gym is. I love how all the equipment has QR codes that allows you to understand the use of the equipment. The staff are friendly. I always see them vacuum the floor and refill the sanitizing stations.
I gave it 4 stars because it mentions that there’s classes and trainers, but they don’t have any at the moment. Bummer.

I have had the opportunity to be enrolled in this gym for more than a year and a half, and in this period of time, the cleanliness in their bathrooms is mortal. I would dare to say that 90% of them are always dirty, and on the other hand we have the machines. out of order there are always machines or some place in the bathroom out of order, I'm half training but in reality the cleaning and maintenance staff lacks level. I don't recommend it

I recommend Planet Fitness, especially the one in Westchester! You will find everything you want for a good workout. Very good equipment and very professional staff.
